Mr. Komisars has lived his entire life in San Diego County. He graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Business Administration. After college, Mr. Komisars traveled around the world visiting over 40 countries.

Mr. Komisars then attended and graduated from California Western School of Law in San Diego. While attending law school, Mr. Komisars was elected to the student government and served the student body as Activities Director and then as a third year student body representative during his final year of law school.
